BAGMAN

Bagman is a horror of my own creation. He is a survivalist, isolated, living far away from people in some remote area of wilderness, far from people, not from necessity but form desire, hunting wildlife with bows, cunning and fleet of foot, moving with agility over uneven terrain, finding sanctuary in caves and other secluded alcoves. Given the chance, Bagman, will actively avoid humans, distrusting them, likely due to some past event that has been lost to time. Sightings of Bagman have sprung up from time to time; complete avoidance is impossible in such a busy world breeding intrigue and mystery, branding Bagman the name of “the cryptid of killers”. And where mystery remains, truth-seekers follow. However, interfering with the world of Bagman can bring only one thing… death.

The look of this spritely killer is inspired by many films featuring a hooded attacker, a few pictured above. The backstory is an attempt to blend the mysterious world of cryptids such as Bigfoot and The Loch Ness Monster, glimpsed but never truly seen, with the hard-hitting slasher nightmares of Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers.
